Food safety inspections of Oregon grocery stores remain below pre-pandemic levels, with state regulators now completing 19% fewer monthly reviews than before COVID-19 upended regular inspections.
And the numbers from the first half of 2022 represent an improvement from the past two years, when regulators completed even fewer reviews.
