Product: Adeptna Magnetic Dartboard – with 6 magnetic darts

Hazard: Product presents a serious risk of injuries and choking due to small, detachable and overpowered magnets.

Corrective action: Destruction of the product at the border

This product poses a serious risk of choking & internal injuries. The magnets were found to be too powerful, with a flux index in excess of 622 kG2mm², which is more than the maximum permitted of 50 kG2mm² for small detachable magnets in toys. The metal tips of the darts which held the magnets were threaded and screwed onto the plastic shafts but were easily detachable and would fit into a truncated cylinder for small parts.

This product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Destruction of the product at the border.
